Good stuff: cleanliness, breakfast

Bad stuff: reception staff

Overall: The hotel generally was good except for the reception staff who are the first people you meet on arriving. We went up two flights of stairs and didn't find our room. On our return to reception we were told we had taken the wrong stairs. Directions to rooms are the job of the receptionists and in our mid 50's it was annoying to haul our luggage up two flights of wrong stairs.
