Good stuff: Everyone was friendly and very helpful when we needed to get a taxi. The food was great. The location was perfect.

Bad stuff: The only thing I disliked was that there was a gap in the window and we stayed when the weather was very cold and windy so there was a draft in the room and could also hear other guests outside until late into the night.

Good stuff: Quiet locatation. Easy to find. Close to rail links to central London.

Overall: clear information on website and easy to follow directions.Discounted price appreciated . Some information at hotel on Central London locations would have been useful.Excellent breakfast.
