Good stuff: The accomodation was in a good location and looked great from outside. The staff were all very friendly. The bar was welcoming.

Bad stuff: The room was basic, considering the price. (If I had paid full price, I would have been very unhappy.) The bathroom could have been cleaner. On the first morning the breakfast area was a shambles, though it was fine on the second morning. The quality of the breakfast ingredients could be improved. A more convenient toaster in the breakfast area would be a nice improvement too. Our 4th floor room was very warm even though the weather wasn't because, being a listed building it hadn't been possible to install air conditioning throughout. When I mentioned it at the time of checking out, we were offered a fan but, as the receptionist was well aware that the rooms on that floor were too hot, why not offer a fan to guests as they arrive?

Overall: If you are looking for a hotel right in the centre of Greenwich, it has the location and is pleasant and comfortable enough overall, but don't expect luxury. However, the staff are very helpful so, if you have any problems, speak to them right away.

Good stuff: Very clean, modern

Bad stuff: There was a party in one of the flats nearby which went on until the early hours of the morning which caused a bit of a problem. The room was very hot on what was a warm evening - air conditioning would be a really good idea.
