Good stuff: the room was clean and fairly roomy

Bad stuff: no lift and I was on the 3rd floor and my mother had difficulty climbing the stairs

Overall: the staff were helpful and the breakfast was excellent but the fact that there was no lift and the building improvements were still taking place would put me off staying again in the near future.
