Good stuff: Clean, good value, well managed (except for the lack of hot water and non working showers)

Bad stuff: Facilities poor - shower not working, very little hot water, lift would be good, only phone is on the ground floor with four flights of stirs if you are on the upper floors. The building seems to be undergoing refurbishment, however the bathrooms are still old and poor condition.

Overall: The staff are nice and helpful, the rooms are small but adequate, breakfast is good, however the lack of hot water, and the non working showers are a big problem (previous reviews suggest this is an ongoing problem which is disapointing the hotel still has not resolved). I would stay again, however make sure you stay on the lower floors to get the best water pressure (and a working shower)and closer to the phone.

Good stuff: the price was good and the people were pleasant

Bad stuff: Please fix the hot water- there was none in my room, so I had to take a cold shower.

Overall: The people were very pleasant. My room was fine- small but that's not a problem. However, there was no hot water, the plug in the sink did not work, there was no toilet roll, and no phone. The latter was a pain, the former were disasters. I left before breakfast so can't comment on that. No elevator, which considering I was up 2 flights with heavy bags wasn't so great.

Good stuff: Clean

Bad stuff: Shower - more fascilities

Overall: Standar hotel for a reasonable price - 10min walk from hammersmith apollo.
