Good stuff: It was a french themed oldy worldy hotel in a great spot in Richmond with great views of the Thames river.

Bad stuff: The bathrooms are in desparate need of an update.

Overall: The staff were very friendly but couldn't give any information about local atttractions. They did not have a copy of a London A-Z that we could look at. Also problems with PDQ machine when paying on departure. The bathroom carpet was damp when we arrived, and my mother-in-law was staying in the room underneath ours and they had water dripping through their ceiling presumably from our bathroom. An alternative room was offered but declined. The continental breakfast was excellent and overall we did enjoy our stay and the small problems we encountered would not stop us from staying here again.
