Good stuff: Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast and excellent location.

Bad stuff: Nothing to dislike really.

Overall: Excellent allround hotel. Great value for money.

Good stuff: Location, cleanliness, price

Bad stuff: The one thing I disliked about the room was that the window was at street level but that there was no metallic protection for it. I was slightly disturbed by the lack of security. For a woman traveling alone, that can be a little scary. I think that the owners should consider installing iron grids or similar protective devices.

Overall: Over all, I think the hotel is a good value.

Bad stuff: The bed was a bit hard. The television too high on top of the ward Need ashtray in toilet as there were burn marks on plastic toilet top! Window sash broken in 205 Needed a second chair need 2 pillows each Wanted warm toast after eating cooked breakfast but waitress did not know enough Enlish to understand this request. She continued to give me toast before meal came and toast cold by the time it came to be buttered!

Overall: It was generally good but for points already made

Good stuff: Quiet but central location with good transport links.Friendly staff. Very clean.

Bad stuff: Tiny ensuite! Had to open the door to get room to dry yourself!

Good stuff: Excellent value for money and within easy reach of transport to London.
