Bad stuff: Milk in the rooms to go with the tea and coffee would be appreciated

Overall: The tube station was further away than we were led to believe, it was every bit of a 10 minute walk, which was very intimidating on our return from the theatre, there was alot of shouting and people bedded down in shop doorways. Staff were not forth coming with help, muttering in reply to questions.
