Good stuff: Easy to locate, neat with very receptive staff, good and secure luggage room with easy access to the Bayswater tube station.

Bad stuff: No telephones and TV in some of the single rooms

Overall: It's a good hotel which I can patronise again whenever I return to London and will recommend it to all those who cherish a good night's sleep.
