Good stuff: The room service was very good, as was the overall standard of the hotel.

Bad stuff: The staff were quite slow to respond to requests, various services such as the minibar and pay television did not work. The atmosphere could be improved.

Overall: I found the staff in the bar and restaurant areas to be polite and friendly, however very slow to respond to queries and deliver orders. The reception staff also seemed to have this problem. Various services such as the lifts, mini bar, and pay television did not function for parts of my stay. The hotel was acceptable, and the rooms were average - for the hotel to have been good, I would have expected more. I will be staying again next year, and booking the novotel in Moscow for a trip in a couple of months.

Good stuff: The accomodation was very nice

Bad stuff: The hotel should serve sandwiches on their menus,there were no full length bath towels in the rooms and there was a lack of western food on the menus also even though I have no bias toward race it would be nice if some english staff were on duty as during my stay I did not see any

Overall: We enjoyed our stay very much
