Good stuff: Spotlessly clean,extremly helpful staff,free parking,near to tube

Bad stuff: None whatsoever

Overall: Having staid at Ramada Jarvis hotels before I can only comment that what they do they do well. If only other hotel groups were of this standard.

Good stuff: Cheap - not bad value for money

Bad stuff: Customer service

Overall: There was no water in the hotel for 1 hour when we arrived. This was not good as we had to get ready to go straight out for an event.
