Good stuff: Room was clean, a good size,and facing the back of the hotel so quiet.

Bad stuff: No soap in the room, not enough coffee / tea etc, and no large towels

Overall: Excellent value for money. Central London site so easy access to shops, shows and the sights. Good sized room with a clean comfortable bed. Just needs more attention to detail on the small but important items like enough soap,towels,tea/ coffee - then it would be perfect!

Good stuff: Nothing Particular

Bad stuff: The Bathroom area is extreemly SMALL !!!

Overall: I would like to see more Photos for the Room and the Bathroom... Or even a Plan Drawing. Also it would be more valuable to have an room area idea, I mean how many square meter is my booked room including the bathroom...

Good stuff: The hotel is good value considering the location.

Bad stuff: Cleanliness and decoration - it could do with re-painting!

Overall: The TV did not work properly in our room, there were coffee stains on the wall which should have been cleaned and the window would not open.
