Good stuff: Everything needed for an overnight stay was there..checkin took seconds. Room was clean and well presented..Staff were very friendly...

Bad stuff: A small confusion occured because I booked the hotel for a friend and was not able to get the room for a few minutes as staff weren't sure whose name to look for. It was resolved in the end with a smile.

Overall: The hotel was good..The staff were excellent...However the door bell needs to be fixed as we couldn't get in when we returned from a party at 4am...until we saw a staff memeber and knocked the window. Oh and the firealarm.
